How long does it take for my music to go live?

After quality control approval, most releases reach major stores within 24–72 hours. Some platforms may take slightly longer during peak periods.

Do I keep 100% of my royalties?

Yes. Kentunez does not take a percentage of your streaming or download royalties. You pay for distribution and platform access through your plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard for subscriptions and studio tool purchases.

Can I transfer releases from another distributor?

Yes. Bring your existing UPC and ISRC codes when you submit. Choose the catalogue transfer category in support and our team will guide you through the move.

What are ISRC and UPC codes?

An ISRC identifies each track. A UPC (or EAN) identifies the release product. Kentunez assigns both when you do not already have codes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your artist dashboard, go to billing or settings, and cancel your plan. Paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact form or email support@kentunez.com. We typically respond within 48 business hours.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 1 demo release so you can test the upload and review workflow before upgrading to a paid plan.
