Anti-Fraud & Catalogue Integrity Policy

1. Purpose

Digital platforms require distributors to keep catalogues clean. This policy describes conduct Kentunez prohibits and how we respond when abuse is detected.

2. Prohibited activity

Uploading music you do not own or are not authorized to distribute
Impersonating artists, labels, or brands
Artificial streaming, bot farms, click farms, or paid fake engagement schemes
Spam catalogues, duplicate spam releases, or metadata designed to game search / playlists
Misleading artwork, titles, or credits (including false featured artists)
Circumventing bans with new accounts after enforcement
Any activity that violates DSP partner or store policies we deliver into

3. Quality controls we use

Human admin review before approval on flagged or pending releases
Copyright check tools as part of QC where available
Attended / review tracking for operations follow-up
Takedown and dispute workflows for rights claims
Account suspension / termination for serious or repeated abuse

4. Investigations

We may review account history, release metadata, payment records, and partner reports. During an investigation we may pause deliveries, hold payouts related to disputed content, or require identity / rights verification.

5. Enforcement

Warning and required corrective action
Rejection or removal of releases
Temporary or permanent account suspension
Forfeiture of unpaid earnings tied to fraudulent activity where allowed by law and our terms
Reporting to DSPs / partners when required

6. Artist responsibilities

You are responsible for the legality of your uploads, accurate credits, and how your music is promoted. Buying fake streams or uploading unauthorized content can get your music removed from stores and your Kentunez account closed.
