Refund Policy
1. Overview
When you subscribe, your dashboard, release queue, and distribution infrastructure activate immediately. Because the service is delivered digitally from day one, payments are generally non-refundable.
2. What your subscription covers
- Distribution to 150+ stores (per your plan limits)
- Dashboard access — releases, analytics, royalties, marketing tools
- Metadata processing, quality control, and scheduling
- Support based on your plan tier
3. Why payments are usually final
Once a release is submitted for delivery, store pipelines and platform costs are incurred. Your fee covers access and capacity — not only the actions you take in a given month.
4. Not eligible for refund
Not eligible
- Change of mind after subscribing
- Not using the platform or submitting releases
- Dissatisfaction with streaming performance
- Account suspension for policy violations
- Cancelling before the billing period ends (access continues until period end)
- Forgetting to cancel before renewal
- Switching to another distributor mid-cycle
- Release rejection by QC or a store
- Store delivery delays outside Kentunez control
5. Eligible for review
We will review
- Confirmed technical billing error on our platform
- Duplicate charge for the same subscription cycle
- Charge after a confirmed in-platform cancellation
- Unauthorized payment with supporting evidence
- Wrong plan charged due to a confirmed system error
Submit review requests within 48 hours of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue.
6. How to request a review
Email support@kentunez.com with subject Billing Review Request, or use the contact form and select Payment & billing.
Include: registered email, M-Pesa / PayPal / card reference, and screenshots if available.
7. Review process
- Acknowledgement within 24 business hours
- Decision within 5 business days
- Approved refunds return to the original payment method in 7–14 business days
8. Annual plans
Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate. If you cancel early, access continues until the paid year ends. No pro-rated refund for unused months unless a confirmed billing error applies.
9. Chargebacks
Contact us before filing a bank chargeback. We can usually resolve genuine errors faster than a dispute. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
10. Royalties
Streaming royalties are your money and are separate from subscription fees. They are not withheld as part of refund disputes except where fraud is confirmed or law requires it.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are communicated at least 14 days in advance by email or in-dashboard notice.
